This group will run weekly and you can pay as you go.

This groups' focus is to give those who join us the opportunity to take some time out of the hustle and bustle of our routines and pause.

Mindful activities welcome but we will mostly be using simple crafts to relax us whilst having a supportive chat.

It will be a very relaxed group to come along and craft in company.

Start and finish times aren't strict so you may arrive and leave anytime between 2pm and 4pm.

All crafts will be welcome and if your new to crafting don't be shy come along too to join us and you may pick something up.

You are welcome to bring all your own equipment and materials.

Don't worry if you forget anything we will have a little shop where you can pick some crafting materials up.

There will also be some materials available to borrow for the session so you can have a go without committing.

Parents and grandparent's are welcome to bring young children or babies. There will be a few toys for playing and the tables will be placed so you can watch them whilst taking part. Bringing your own bouncer chair is recommended for babies.

Finally tea and coffee will be available and that is why we charge £2 to cover this and hall hire. But this group is non for profit.

We really hope to see you there and please spread the word to those who may benefit from this little group.
